PAWS & FURY

First,  I’ve been doing a lot of experimentation in jewelry lately.  One such experiment was getting a paw imprint with wax in order to cast into metal and wear as a pendant!  

I’m looking for people to help test this concept so that I can eventually offer it as a service.  

I’d ask that you cover the shipping and costs of materials only.  Metal costs will depend on the weight of the piece, but I can give you estimates and advice.

If you’re local to LA, we can absolutely meet up and I’ll help you to get the impression of your most precious’ paw / toe bean / nose!  Dinky has been very patient and understanding in this process, but she is just such a witty bitty baby it’s a challenge (I believe bigger dogs will be much easier).  So far the best I’ve gotten is one of her toes (pictured above), but I am living for it.  

If you are NOT local we can still do this!  I would ship you a few pieces of wax and give you instructions on what to do and how to ship it back to me safely.  

WHO IS IN?!

Second, and not for everyone, but, I simply can’t help myself.  Last month I began to worship at the altar of St. Luigi.  The news of vigilante justice was the most exciting (and hopeful) news I had heard in a very long time.  I took it upon myself to order empty 9mm shell casings and do more experiments.  Mind you, I HATE guns.  But, they’re making cool looking pendants and are (in my opinion) a way to show some support without blasting (no pun intended) it in everyone’s face the way I am in this email.  I don’t even believe he did it - the evidence makes no sense, but I hope he did.  I hope he’s Batman.  I hope he walks free. 

They’re proving difficult to sell as I continually get banned for various asinine reasons.  Etsy took it down quickly after I made an immediate sale accusing me of  “promoting violence”.  TikTok thought my photo was “sexualized” (photo below).

I thought this was America.   Aren’t we currently hailing the felon king of the United States?  

But, not giving up.  They’re on my website and I intend to donate profits to Paws in Prisons.  Finding ways to help animals in need is my number one.  But I also have a lot of outrage over this country’s prison system and, although it seems impossible,  it will get worse with this administration.
